If the division that your child is signing up for is CLOSED you will need to complete the following form to be added to the wait list.
Note: If your child will be trying out for All-Net, they may do so BUT are not guaranteed a spot in division if they are not selected for the team. All fees are due prior to All-Net tryouts the weekend of 10/3-4.
